Communicated with me through email and also came by my home late yesterday evening to take a look at the job. The installer showed up this morning at 7am and worked all day until the job was completed. They worked diligently in the heat to ensure they completed the job today and we didn't have to deal with a hot house again. The house is cooling and I am greatful for that.
